A Mafioso Dies. So What?
Of course, the real world really doesn't care. so please feel free to live in delusion. Idiot.
"Y-M-C-A!"
Or sing "MACHO, MACHO MAN". Not that there's anything wrong with THAT. Honestly.

"Jonathan Klein, a former CBS executive, defends the "60 Minutes II" debacle at CBS by asking Americans if they trust anti-Rather bloggers -- a "guy sitting in his living room in his pajamas writing" -- over a veteran newsman and an established news organization. The American people, with good reason, are choosing the guy in his pajamas." ---George Neumayr, Spectator.Org

With all due respect to The Spectator, I just plain don't wear pajamas. Never have. If you've ever laughed at your TV (or, perhaps, thrown things at it) it might be my fault. I've been involved in the varied fields of journalism, situation comedy, movies, and other media in the real Left Coast world of Hollywood for a long, long time. Living as one of those rare beings--a Reagan conservative--in this far-left town has made it interesting to say the least. The recent rise of the blogosphere over the en-route-to-extinction MSM dinosaurs looks different from this coast and this POV than it does from D.C. or NYC. I haven't seen anyone else bringing quite that that perspective to the party, or making the connection between the demise of the MSM thanks to Blogs and the demise of the MSMCulture/Showbiz thanks to the web, so.....here I am. And I never wear pajamas, either. Never.
